Liza and Bubba + Bubba Jr

Funny story on this picture.  You see we were going to do that traditional mens shirt picture, but then I asked for something David loved, because these two are the coolest two people you could ever meet.  I think this is my favorite maternity picture ever, because it really is beautiful with a touch of rock!

This picture is just for Liza's dad, he wanted a picture in front of his prized fig tree.....I think it turned out super cool!

Liza had a mold made of her stomach, so we gave David a chance to see what it could be like...minus the pains, swollen feet, tiredness, etc.

Many of you should recognize this amazing couple, I did their wedding last year.  Now I remember them telling me they were going to wait to have babies so you can imagine my surprise when they told me they needed me to do some maternity shoots. :)  Now a tragic story (Bubba was in a motorcycle accident) turned into a miracle...he recoverd and Liza is expecting their baby boy!  Way to Dave, only you would pull off the story you two shared with me ;)

And yes I plan on being back for newborn pictures!!

The Applegates!

So how great was this family braving with me the crazy bikers and rollarbladers at the park.  We, well I, had some close calls ;)  Not to mention I got in the lake for some of their shots!  This is one of those families that just have it..you know, where you can tell they are a realy unit.  And both those girls have their daddy wraped around their little fingers...sooo cute!!

Cubby Family

She just doesn't want to be seen in her cubby shirt, believe or not, she's the only white sox fan !!

Ok, these guys were really cool, and so much fun to photograph.  First off nothing is better then a challenge to get a kid who wants nothing to do with you to smile.  And I didn't have just one but I had two that didn't want to be photographed.  But after many silly faces and goofy dancing they came around....always works :)

Happy Mothers Day!

So I am a little late on this post, but I hope everyone had an amazing mothers day!

I was unable to spend mine with my mom since we live states away no, but I did get to talk to her and remind her she is the best mom ever!!  I mean she did raise me...need I say more ;)

Anyhow.....I was surprised with an amazing gift from my little peanut and her daddy.

And ITouch! :)  I am a huge Apple geek and I couln't have been more surprised and excited in one day.

Really he is the best!  I already have been dowloading apps, music and my pictures.  Of course it never ceases to amaze me that even though my peanut has her own little mp3 I still have to download HSM and Hannah and all her other favorite songs onto mine.  Oh well, not sure what is worse, the fact I have them on there or the fact that I find myself alone sometimes jamming out to Troy Bolton singing to Gabriella.  LOL!!

Here are my two favorite people doing what they do best...goofing off.  I know you see her, can you see who she's talking to ?

Natalie & Roosevelt

I was able to spend my Saturday with the amazing Natalie & Roosevelt and their friends and family.  I met Natalie over the internet and we got together a month ago to put the faces with the voices.  Friday was able to meet the super handsome Roosevelt which hopefully I was able to settle any nerves he may have had while I gave him a sneak peek at just how many pictures I take while at their rehersal dinner.  

You can see from the sneak peek pictures just how much they love each other.  Throughout the entire two days with them while watching through my lens I could always see him searching through the room to adore his beautiful bride.  They were so sweet!
